It’s not in the offering or the pastors shoes

It’s not in the handshakes or the first front pews

It’s not in the lively crowds, or the name brand on their
backs

It’s not in the fancy bible you carry, or the one you lack

It’s deep within your heart of hearts, Its in the way you
pray

It’s in the true desire, to be a molded like miry clay

It’s the silence inside your soul, it’s in the profound humility

The honest, eager servitude, the longing to just be

It’s in the craving, yearning, aspiration, the demand to
hunt to seek

The want to find answers, to find strength when you are
weak.

Your eyes they will fool you, perception can consume

Focus your thoughts on Jesus first, after -comes the room.
